Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the PlayStation Plus membership experience within the Commerce Platform. The role focuses on monetization growth, acquiring new audiences, and expanding PlayStation’s reach with global impact.

You will shape how players discover, adopt, and purchase products, collaborating with data, analytics, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, value-driven experiences.

Formación

• 6+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the product strategy for experiences and capabilities to grow monetization.
• Lead the design, experimentation, development and delivery of new features.
• Drive analysis and decision making with data and analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial partners on outcomes and metrics.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning and contribute to personalization and lifecycle strategy.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach with rapid experimentation and measurement.
