Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations with external and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms (gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer apps).
• Consistent track record driving conversion, retention, and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product strategy for experiences and capabilities that acquire and engage members, driving monetization growth.
• Lead the conceptualization, experimentation, development and delivery of features with stakeholders across the business.
• Drive analysis in partnership with data and analytics teams to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial partners to align on outcomes and metrics.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, experimentation plans, and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning cycles and contribute to lifecycle strategy.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach with rapid experimentation and measurement.
• Maintain understanding of market trends in gaming, monetization, personalization and lifecycle management.
