Sony Interactive Entertainment in London is seeking a Senior Product Manager for PlayStation Plus and related commerce features. You will lead monetization initiatives, shape the member experience, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable experiences.

You will work with Data and Engineering to drive experiments, analyze outcomes, and refine product strategies to acquire new audiences and deepen engagement across global PlayStation platforms.

Formación

• 6+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder implementations with external and internal partners.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms (gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer apps) is preferred.
• Track record in driving conversion, retention, and monetization opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with Data and Engineering teams to deliver reusable capabilities at scale.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Develop the product strategy for experiences and capabilities to acquire and engage members and drive monetization growth.
• Lead conceptualization, experimentation, development, and delivery of new features with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive analysis and decision-making in partnership with data and analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to align on outcomes and key use cases.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning cycles and contribute to personalization and lifecycle strategy.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach with rapid experimentation and measurement of outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends in gaming, monetization, and customer lifecycle management.
