• Prioritize MVP options blending digital features, service design, and policy changes.
• Lead backlog prioritization for delivery teams toward high-value problems.
• Align senior policy owners, operational leaders and delivery teams.
• Drive evidence-led, human-centered development that is safe and compliant.
• Guide initiatives through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases.
• Prepare deliverables for transition to permanent product ownership.
