Trust In SODA is partnering with a leading UK healthcare insurer to build a brand-new, enterprise data platform. We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager who can own the strategy, navigate senior stakeholders, and lead a cross‑functional team across engineering, data and design.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to spearhead a high-profile greenfield project: building a new, synchronised enterprise data platform across the entire business. This flagship initiative will bring together fragmented data sources to power scalable, trusted digital health capabilities. • Strategy & Greenfield Execution: Define and execute the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a brand-new, synchronised enterprise data platform
• Data Platform Development: Lead a cross-functional squad spanning engineering, data, and design to build a centralised health data layer, including data ingestion, standardisation, APIs, and access patterns.
• High-Value Use Cases: Identify and prioritise platform capabilities that power personalised digital health journeys, clinical decision‑making, and preventative care pathways across the entire business.
• Governance & Trust: Establish robust data quality, privacy, and compliance principles to ensure the synchronised platform remains a secure and trusted foundation for sensitive health data.
• Senior Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with clinical, commercial, and technology leaders to align competing priorities and translate complex technical architecture into clear business outcomes.
• Product Leadership: Significant experience as a Product Manager owning complex data platforms, APIs, or system architecture domains (healthcare experience is a strong plus).
• Data & Platform Expertise: Proven track record building or scaling data products (e.g., customer data platforms, data lakes) involving sensitive, personal, or complex datasets.
• Thriving in Complexity: Comfortable stepping into ambiguous environments, establishing structure, and balancing quick‑win value delivery with long‑term platform scalability.
• Influence & Communication: Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence clinical and commercial leaders at senior levels.
