TrueNorth® is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a data and transformation initiative within the public sector. You will own the product vision, roadmap and success metrics for a strategic data platform that modernises how legacy data is shared and consumed across the organisation.

The role is hybrid with travel to multiple UK hubs, and frequent collaboration with business, architecture, data, digital and technology teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

  • Central government experience is required and must be evidenced on your CV.
  • Strong Product Management experience within complex transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing data products, integration platforms or enterprise data-sharing services.
  • Experience working with legacy data and modernisation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of organisational design, operating models and service adoption.
  • Experience developing product success metrics, adoption frameworks and approaches to measuring value.

Responsibilities

Product Manager - Data & Transformation | Public Sector

Blackpool / Manchester / Newcastle / Leeds / Birmingham

Hybrid - travel required 2 x per month to above locations, plus 40% weekly onsite presence in your closest hub/city highly likely.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a major public sector transformation programme, taking product ownership of a strategic enterprise data-sharing service.

This is a hands-on SFIA Level 4 role focused on modernising how legacy data is made available across the organisation, introducing modern tooling and ways of working within a complex transformation environment.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Own and develop the product vision, roadmap and success measures for a strategic data platform
