Job summary

Identify Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for largely remote work with 2-3 days on site in London or Liverpool. The role oversees multiple product teams within a broad transformation programme, collaborating with consultants, analysts, technologists and clients to shape user-centred digital services.

You will drive product strategy, lead across teams, and adapt delivery approaches (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid) to client needs, mentoring others and raising the standard of product practice.

• Senior, confident Product Manager with consulting mindset.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships while focusing on users.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear product strategy and translate it into a roadmap.
• Provide product oversight across a large transformation programme with multiple teams.
• Manage delivery across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches as needed by the client.
• Lead delivery ceremonies and keep teams focused on priorities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and service teams.
• Work with consultants, analysts, technologists, and third-party suppliers to solve user needs.
• Approve user stories, sprint plans and deliverables against a definition of done.
• Coach and mentor others while promoting best-practice product management.
