Job summary

Identify Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead across a broad transformation programme, with a largely remote working pattern and 2-3 days on site in London or Liverpool. You’ll work with consultants, analysts, technologists and client teams to shape user-centred digital services.

In this consulting-led role, you’ll set product strategy, oversee multiple teams, and adapt delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) to client needs while mentoring others and championing

Qualifications

• Senior, confident Product Manager with consulting mindset and client-facing experience.
• Experience leading across multiple product teams in transformation programmes.
• Ability to work across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear product strategy and translate it into an actionable roadmap.
• Provide product oversight across a large transformation programme with multiple product teams.
• Manage delivery across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches depending on client needs.
• Run delivery ceremonies and keep teams focused on the highest-priority issues.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and operational service teams.
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, technologists and third-party suppliers to solve user needs.
• Approve user stories, sprint plans and deliverables against a clear definition of done.
• Coach and mentor others while championing best-practice product management.
