ElevenLabs is seeking a Product Manager to own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers who sign up, subscribe, and build on their own. Self-serve users comprise the majority of ElevenCreative’s users, enabling generation and editing of speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

You’ll drive growth and adoption across the self-serve experience, focusing on onboarding, activation, and upgrades, and work closely with growth, lifecycle, and pricing teams to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products.
• Track record of moving growth and adoption metrics through shipped products.
• Design-minded with a high bar for user experience and usability.
• Technical fluency to collaborate deeply with engineers on build decisions.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth and adoption of the self-serve product, focusing on onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments.
• Scope and define big bets for the self-serve product across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows.
• Identify opportunities in the user journey using product data and turn them into clearly scoped projects.
• Promote adoption of new experiences like agents and video across the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship quickly, prototyping concepts when helpful.
• Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and new product areas.
• Define success metrics and track activation, engagement, retention, and paid conversions.
• Talk to creators and marketers to gather insights and bring them back to the team.
