ElevenLabs is hiring a Self-Serve Product Manager for ElevenCreative. You will own self-serve revenue, growth, and adoption for creators and marketers who sign up, subscribe, and build on their own.

You’ll shape big bets, scope projects, and ship quickly with a small, collaborative team. As part of a global, AI-first company, you’ll work across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows, aiming to move users from a first gen product to the full platform.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products.
• Track record of owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes.
• Familiar with the creative space and creators/marketers who use these tools.
• Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end.
• Design-minded with a high bar for quality and experience; able to mock up concepts.
• Technical fluency to work with engineers on build and tradeoffs.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with product analytics tools.
• Track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on data.

Aufgaben

• Own self-serve revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative across pricing, onboarding, lifecycle, and GTM levers.
• Scope and define big bets for the self-serve product across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows.
• Identify opportunities in the user journey through product data and turning them into clearly scoped projects.
• Drive adoption of newer experiences like agents and video to expand from one product to the full platform.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ship quickly and mock up concepts when beneficial.
• Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and activation moments.
• Define success metrics and track activation, engagement, retention, and paid conversions.
• Talk to creators and marketers to gather feedback and bring insights back to the team.
