Job summary

Diligent is seeking a product manager to own the product roadmap from ideation to launch. You will be the voice of the customer in our product team, guiding a cross‑functional group of developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.

You will deliver high quality user experiences across Mobile, Web and Desktop and maintain a clearly written backlog of user stories. The role requires 4+ years in product management with SaaS experience, excellent communication,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a product management role with SaaS experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience writing technical and functional requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and coordination across development teams.
• Desirable: Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar; experience integrating with multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap from ideation to launch.
• Be the voice of the customer within the product team and communicate insights.
• Lead a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, and stakeholders across Success, Sales, and Marketing.
