Job summary

PLOS is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a fully remote UK role. You will own a product area, collaborate with designers and engineers, and apply continuous discovery to identify impactful problems. The base salary range is £65,000 - £73,500, with a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work across Digital and the wider organisation to shape strategy and outcomes. You’ll help the team learn, test hypotheses, and make informed decisions while maintaining clear communication and strong

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience building software solutions through creative problem solving.
• Experience as a Product Manager in a multidisciplinary digital product team.
• Experience using product discovery alongside delivery to understand problems and inform what to do next.
• Experience working with significant uncertainty or ambiguity.
• Experience turning complex problems into clear priorities and steps.
• Experience making product decisions using user evidence, data and goals.
• Experience communicating product thinking clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
