Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager and key team member, you will leverage your experience in portfolio construction and investment management strategy to lead a strategic vision and roadmap. Your role will drive innovation that significantly enhances front office efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead digital product management activities for multiple digital products or a strategic product with cross-divisional impact.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices that improve the client experience, ensuring business outcomes are aligned with business drivers.
3. Coach digital product teams on best practices and oversee their support for messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
4. Promote a consistent approach to decision-making and client propositions by working with team members and fostering strong stakeholder connections.
5. Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new products with cross-divisional impact, including market analysis, feature development, and implementation planning.
6. Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve user experience.
7. Contribute to business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
8. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of relevant delivery experience and leadership in product delivery initiatives.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in product management within portfolio construction is required.
