Job summary

Zopa Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Merchant Experience to guide the B2B roadmap, partnering with Engineering, Commercial and Product Marketing to deliver merchant-focused experiences. You will own API integrations and onboarding journeys, turning merchant feedback into meaningful product outcomes.

In this hybrid Manchester role, you’ll balance commercial opportunities with technical delivery, work with cross-functional teams, and play a key part in evolving Zopa’s POS

Qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering B2B digital products.
• Proven track record working with merchants, partners or business customers.
• Strong commercial judgement balancing customer value with business outcomes.
• Ability to make prioritisation decisions using data and insight.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Technical fluency to translate complex tech into business outcomes.
• Experience in Agile product teams.
• Collaborative and proactive approach in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in regulated or technically complex industries.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy for Merchant Experience balancing immediate opportunities with long-term platform investment.
• Build relationships with merchants to understand challenges and translate insights into product direction.
• Partner with Commercial teams to support merchant growth and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design scalable API/integration solutions for ecommerce platforms.
• Use customer insight and metrics to prioritise work with clear trade-offs.
• Align with Engineering, Commercial, Risk, Operations and Product Marketing on priorities.
• Improve how merchant feedback is captured and translated into outcomes.
• Represent merchant voice to keep customer needs central to decisions.
• Shape the future of Zopa for Business as the B2B proposition grows.
