Job summary

Version 1 seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead high-impact programmes with public and private sector clients across the UK and Ireland. You will shape strategy, own the roadmap, and ensure large programmes stay pointed in the right direction.

You will collaborate across disciplines to deliver measurable outcomes, champion user insight, and govern suppliers with diplomacy. Flexible/remote working is supported within a strong, values-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Define and hold the vision at programme level and align across teams and stakeholders.
• Own the organisational roadmap, prioritise across teams, surface dependencies and sequencing.
• Frame problems before solutions and ensure the programme solves the right problem at the right level.
• Champion the user by bringing real user insight into decisions and priorities.
• Govern suppliers and partners and resolve tensions constructively.
• Navigate diplomacy across civil servant teams and other suppliers with tact.
• Collaborate openly across disciplines as problem-solving partners.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive clear decisions and shared understanding.
• Shape and secure incoming work by aligning with budget-holders and opportunities.
• Drive progress and ensure the team delivers with integrity.
