As a Product Manager, you will lead with vision, champion the user, and collaborate across design, engineering, data and policy to deliver measurable impact in a hybrid, flexible working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with vision—set a clear direction and reinforce it through team discussions and stakeholder updates.
• Frame problems before solutions—discover, ask the right questions, and ensure the team solves the right problem.
• Champion the user—bring real user insight into every conversation and decision and shape priorities.
• Collaborate openly—work across design, engineering, data, and policy as problem-solving partners.
• Facilitate with purpose—run workshops and meetings that lead to clear decisions.
• Drive progress—take ownership and ensure the team delivers.
• Deliver with integrity—do the right thing, including difficult conversations when needed.
