Qualifications

• Experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital products and web technologies.
• Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience shaping digital portfolios and channel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy aligned to business goals.
• Create and communicate a product roadmap balancing customer needs and commercial priorities.
• Use research and data to shape product improvements.
• Translate requirements into prioritized user stories and backlogs.
• Collaborate with agile delivery teams to implement features and improvements.
• Measure success using analytics and performance data and identify opportunities.
