Job summary

FreshtechIT is seeking a Senior Product Manager in London to lead growth, adoption, and engagement across our SaaS platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data teams to deliver impactful product enhancements and drive business outcomes.

You will own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, use data and experiments to inform strategy, define KPIs, and maintain the roadmap aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial Product Management experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience owning and scaling SaaS products, platforms, or customer-facing digital solutions.
• Proven track record of using data, analytics, and experimentation to improve product performance.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics: activation, retention, engagement, churn, expansion.

Responsibilities

• Drive product growth, customer engagement, and retention across a rapidly scaling SaaS platform.
• Own and optimise the customer journey from onboarding through renewal.
• Identify opportunities to improve product adoption, customer value, and user experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Data teams to deliver product enhancements.
