Job summary

RQ in London is seeking its first senior product hire to turn ambitious vision into clear priorities and well-scoped products. This is an individual-contributor role working directly with the founder and CTO to own problems end-to-end - from discovery to delivery and beyond.

You’ll drive activation across large enterprise deployments, shape integrations, and collaborate with customers, engineers and commercial teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience building software products, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong product judgment and strong UX instincts.
• Experience with complex workflows, integrations or enterprise software.
• Technically fluent enough to discuss APIs and data flows with engineers.
• Commercially minded with a focus on adoption and growth.
• Proficient in using modern AI tools to research, prototype, analyse and work faster.

Responsibilities

• Turn long-term product vision into clear priorities and milestones.
• Own product problems end-to-end: discovery, scoping, delivery, and iteration.
• Drive activation and adoption across large enterprise deployments.
• Lead integrations as a product advantage across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers and commercial teams to identify high-value problems.
• Use customer research and product data to diagnose problems and measure impact.
• Balance user experience, enterprise needs, technical complexity and value.
• Break ambitious ideas into focused experiments and pragmatic releases.
• Maintain high product quality and usability.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to improve the product.
