Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Product Manager on a maternity-cover contract to lead complex product activity during a major ERP transformation from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics. You will define outcomes across business processes, data, and technology, and drive adoption across product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization.

You will work within the Fashion Product Team supporting internal customers across business, operations and supplier functions, shaping data

Qualifications

Proven ability to move quickly between business and technology mindsets.
Strong stakeholder leadership with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Experience leading product activity within organisational transformation or large-scale systems migration.
Experience with retail item, product master, catalogue or attribution data.

Responsibilities

Shape data structures for retail item data and attribution, ensuring governance.
Lead discovery and simplify processes before digitisation or automation.
Translate outcomes into clear product requirements and technology decisions.
Collaborate with transformation leadership, Engineering, Data, Buying, Merchandising and Finance.
Support migration readiness across processes, item data, integrations and test cycles.
Establish readiness measures and use evidence to drive decisions.
