ASOS, a global online fashion retailer, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms. You will define vision and roadmaps, partner across engineering, data, operations and finance, and shape AI-enabled experiences enabling efficient workflows.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive discovery, and manage multiple workstreams to deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-moving digital environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading complex business, platform or operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong track record of simplifying business processes and translating challenges into scalable product capabilities.
• Comfortable operating across strategic and technical domains with different audiences.
• Experience with ERP platforms, enterprise systems, operational technologies or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how capabilities support growth and resilience.
• Experience working with diverse marketplace, partner, fulfilment, wholesale, dropship or multi-channel models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders and aligning priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and evidence to drive decisions.

Aufgaben

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for large-scale business capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Drive simplification of complex processes to reduce friction and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to translate outcomes into scalable solutions.
• Shape how AI, automation and agentic experiences can boost productivity and decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business functions.
• Lead discovery to understand challenges, needs and opportunities.
• Manage prioritisation across streams while focusing on measurable outcomes.
• Create narratives to align teams around a shared vision and support change.
• Raise standards by coaching and promoting evidence-based product practice.
