Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Greater London to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and define the product vision for enterprise platforms. You will partner with Engineering, Data, Operations and Finance to translate business outcomes into scalable product solutions, while driving AI and automationenabled improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex business, platform or operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong track record of simplifying business processes and translating operational challenges into scalable product capabilities.
• Comfortable operating across strategic and technical domains, adapting your style for different audiences.
• Experience with ERP platforms, enterprise systems, operational technologies or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how capabilities support growth and profitability.
• Experience with marketplace, partner, fulfilment, wholesale, dropship or multi-channel selling models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated use of data and evidence to drive decisions and measure impact.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading teams through change.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to align teams around a vision.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for large-scale business capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Drive simplification of complex business processes, reducing friction and manual effort.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Commercial, Finance and wider Product teams to translate outcomes into scalable product solutions.
• Shape how AI, automation and agentic experiences can improve productivity and decision-making across enterprise platforms.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across multiple business functions.
• Lead discovery efforts to understand business challenges, customer needs, and commercial opportunities.
• Manage prioritisation and trade-offs across multiple workstreams while focusing on measurable outcomes.
• Create compelling narratives that align teams around a common vision and support organisational change.
• Raise standards across Product Management by coaching others and promoting evidence-based practice.
