Job summary
Epicor is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategic portfolio planning for EDI and B2B document exchange solutions in the UK. You will partner with leadership to shape roadmap priorities, drive investments, modernization, consolidation, and retirement decisions to deliver a cohesive, scalable suite of offerings.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related software product role.
- 2+ years of experience with B2B integration, document exchange, ERP systems, or related enterprise software.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders around outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic portfolio planning for EDI and B2B document exchange solutions with leadership to shape roadmap priorities.
- Conduct discovery with customers, trading partners, and markets to identify unmet needs and validate opportunities.
- Translate requirements into prioritized product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Define and monitor product performance measures and refine the roadmap using insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and operations to deliver secure integrations from prototype to launch.
- Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, support and external partners on positioning, enablement, pricing, and relationships; mentor team members.
