Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Business Development Representative in Bracknell, UK for a hybrid role. You will build a pipeline through outbound prospecting, engage with mid-sized to large businesses and C-level roles, and qualify leads for the sales team.

You’ll support Territory Managers with market research and ensure CRM data is current. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service or inside sales, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or marketing, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or marketing.
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or inside sales experience.
• 1+ year in a related industry (manufacturing, distribution, retail, lumber, auto).
• Knowledge of marketing and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Outreach via phone, email and social channels to cold and warm prospects.
• Cultivates net new prospects and builds pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Engages with mid-sized to large businesses and C-Level roles.
• Qualifies leads and handoffs to sales to achieve revenue objectives.
• Meets daily/weekly/monthly scorecard metrics (calls, opportunities, deals).
• Conducts market research to support Territory Managers.
• Enters data into the CRM accurately and promptly.
