Job summary

Kadence seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Data, Insights & Integrations Pod. You will own the insights platform and integrations, partnering with HR, identity, access-control, sensor, and BI systems to serve global clients.

You’ll work directly with executives, uncover the real decision behind requests, and build scalable data products that answer critical business questions about space, hybrid policy effectiveness and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record shipping data/analytics products.
• Strong SQL and data fluency; ability to query data and validate hypotheses without analysts.
• Experience presenting to C-suite or senior leaders and turning analysis into decisions.
• Consultative, client-facing mindset with ability to push back tactfully.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy and roadmap for insights platform and integrations.
• Direct client interactions from workplace teams to executives; run discovery workshops.
• Translate learnings into dashboards, metrics and data products addressing executive questions.
• Own semantic layer and metric definitions across dashboards, APIs and AI assistants.
• Present insights and product direction to senior stakeholders and clients with a clear data story.
• Identify scalable capabilities from patterns across clients, avoiding bespoke work.
• Lead AI-enabled features with guardrails for accuracy, governance and safety.
• Prioritise integrations roadmap with engineering, partners and customer success.
• Collaborate with commercial, CS and marketing on positioning, GTM and renewals.
