Job summary

Keystone Education Group in the UK/Stockholm/Sheffield offers a hybrid Product Owner to Product Manager role within the Data & Insights squad. You will own one prioritised backlog across all data products, translate strategy into a deliverable roadmap, and grow into a full PM with ownership of an area by month nine.

You will collaborate with engineers, analysts and product peers, write clear requirements, track adoption and outcomes, and help steer data-driven decisions that improve recruitment

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Owner/PM roles collaborating with engineers on backlogs.
• SQL queries and data literacy to interpret analytics outputs.
• Experience balancing multiple stakeholders and saying no when needed.
• Structured, precise requirements writing and prioritisation.
• Strong communication, translating business needs into technical requirements, in English.

Responsibilities

• Own one prioritised backlog across all Data & Insights products, refined weekly with Engineering Manager.
• Plan quarterly outcomes with product owners and ensure sized, agreed work.
• Resolve priority conflicts between stakeholders with documented decisions.
