Job summary

The Lead Product Manager will be a senior member of the Digital Corporate Enablement Office (DCEO) and part of the Metis Leadership Team. You will shape the portfolio, drive the high-level roadmap across product teams, and mentor Senior Product Managers and Product Managers.

You will lead recruitment of associate Product Managers and contractors, partner with Finance/HR stakeholders, and ensure delivery of analytics and reporting dashboards using Fusion Dynamic Intelligence and related Oracle

Qualifications

• Portfolio leadership across Metis products.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and prioritisation skills.
• People management and coaching across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the portfolio vision with the director and monitor opportunities for reuse across government portfolios.
• Prioritise development work through a value-driven backlog and mentor a multi-disciplinary team.
• Set strategic communication approaches to keep stakeholders informed and promote product uptake.
