Job summary

Flexera is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a key Ocean service. You will drive discovery, engage with customers, and work across Product, Engineering, GTM and Support to deliver high‑impact cloud optimization products.

You will bring 6+ years in DevOps/SRE/PM, strong Kubernetes experience, and a passion for FinOps and cloud cost efficiency. Remote role with global impact and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep practical knowledge of Kubernetes workload optimization, including rightsizing, autoscaling, scheduling and capacity management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements.
• Proven track record of collaborating with Product and Engineering teams across the full lifecycle.
• Experience working with demanding B2B SaaS customers and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a significant part of the Ocean service.
• Lead product discovery through direct engagement, data analysis and experimentation.
• Build high‑trust relationships across Product, Engineering, GTM and Support.
• Drive timely delivery and maintain momentum in fast‑moving environments.
