Job summary

Reachdesk in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the Reachdesk Platform. You will own end-to-end product initiatives, turning complex customer problems into software that delivers measurable impact.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will partner with Engineering and Design, drive discovery and delivery, and ensure launched features realize value across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end, from discovery to outcomes.
• Ability to turn customer and business problems into software with measurable impact.
• Comfort working across customer, technical, and business conversations.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and priorities across the Reachdesk platform.
• Define problems and experiences before solutions for design/engineering teams.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end from discovery to rollout and iteration.
• Make trade-offs balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Develop opportunities with external partners to shape integrations and roadmaps.
• Orchestrate launches and adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate decisions, progress, risks, and results clearly to leadership.
