Job summary

Fresha, based in London, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver the product strategy for its global platform. You will report to the Head of Product and collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing and operations to translate customer needs into impactful product experiences.

You will own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, launch and optimisation, across a fast-growing global product used by 130,000+ businesses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a consumer-focused marketplace or digital product environment.
• Proven experience taking software products from discovery through to launch and iteration.
• Strong ability to connect product strategy with customer needs and broader business objectives.
• Passion for understanding customers and building intuitive, valuable user experiences.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels.
• Creative and pragmatic approach, balancing long-term product strategy with practical delivery.
• Comfortable working closely with engineering, design, data and commercial teams in a highly collaborative environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to operate with autonomy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention via customer research and data.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through to delivery, launch, iteration and optimisation.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing and operations to define and deliver high-quality product solutions.
• Use product data and customer insights to prioritise initiatives, measure impact and continuously improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve user journeys and build intuitive, valuable experiences for Fresha’s customers and partners.
• Build strong relationships across the business and ensure alignment between product priorities and wider company objectives.
• Clearly communicate product vision, priorities, progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Challenge existing thinking, test new ideas and identify ways to improve how products are built and delivered.
