Fresha is seeking a Product Designer to join our London HQ, reporting to the Head of Product Design. You will partner with product, engineering, customer experience and leadership to bring fresh perspectives across Fresha’s product areas.

Formación

• Strong visual and UI design fundamentals rooted in user-centered design.
• Experience creating and applying design systems across products.
• Ability to distill complex problems into clear, user-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication of design direction to stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Proven ability to prototype and iterate quickly to test ideas.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering and leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product managers, leadership, engineering and design to ship features across the product.
• Present your designs and decisions to key stakeholders with clarity.
• Maintain design quality and contribute to team culture and growth.
• Conduct user research, synthesize findings and drive informed improvements.
• Translate concepts into production-ready designs with senior team input.
• Build and test lightweight and complex prototypes to explore interaction patterns.
