Role Overview

Senior Product Manager | London, UK | Office-based, 5 days/week

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the product strategy across Fresha’s global platform. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing and operational teams to turn customer and business needs into impactful product experiences.

Our product organisation is structured around three core tribes: Money, Growth and Performance. You’ll be aligned to a tribe based on your experience, expertise and where you can have the greatest impact.

You’ll own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and research through to delivery, launch and optimisation. You’ll use customer insight, market data and commercial priorities to identify opportunities and build products that improve acquisition, engagement, retention and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
