Job summary

Tessl, based in London, is a fast-growing Series A startup building AI-native developer tools. As an early member of the team, you’ll shape how we work with AI agents across the CLI, core platform, and new bets as we scale.

This senior, hands-on Product Manager role is end-to-end, requiring 6+ years of PM experience, strong collaboration, and comfort with ambiguity. You’ll lead cross-functional work with engineering, design, research and GTM to deliver high-trust developer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong PM experience shipping complex products end‑to‑end.
• Technical curiosity and ability to partner with research/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end to end from concept through discovery, definition, launch and iteration.
• Develop deep product sense for developer workflows with engineers and designers.
• Translate model capabilities and agentic breakthroughs into reliable developer experiences.
• Shape roadmap and strategy with a clear point of view; influence outcomes.
• Lead through influence across engineering, design, research, GTM and leadership.
• Maintain a high quality bar at speed, with rigour and developer trust.
• Build an AI-native product process and share learnings across the team.
