Job summary

Tessl is seeking a senior, hands‑on Product Staff member to own ambiguous, high‑stakes problems end to end and help define how product is practised as the team grows. You’ll operate across the CLI, core platform, and future bets, shaping AI‑native product practice and setting the standard for the team.

Expect to work on end‑to‑end ownership, deep developer workflow insights, and translating breakthroughs into trusted experiences for developers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or equivalent, with shipping experience end to end.
• Strong instincts for what to build and why, with business judgment.
• Technical fluency: experience building for developers/AI users.
• Ability to shape direction amid ambiguity and senior IC level autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end to end from concept to launch and iteration.
• Develop deep product sense for developer workflows by engaging with engineers and users.
• Translate frontier model capabilities into reliable, high‑value developer experiences.
• Shape roadmap and strategy with a clear point of view; influence outcomes.
