Job summary

Writer is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to shape the next chapter of our product in an era of AI-driven work. You will report to the VP of Product and act as a force-multiplier across the product org, setting direction where needed and ensuring high-impact initiatives ship with excellence.

You will own ambiguous spaces spanning multiple squads, spanning discovery, problem definition through launch, adoption and iteration, partnering with leadership to translate goals into clear bets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML-driven environments.
• Experience owning and shipping complex, high-impact products.
• Strong strategic thinking with a bias for execution.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces across multiple product areas and teams.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap in partnership with senior leadership.
• Drive end-to-end initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration.
