Job summary

Wolf & Badger in London is recruiting a bold Senior Product Manager to lead the platform powering our marketplace. You will own a broad remit across agentic commerce, distributions channels, and AI-driven product data, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the VP Technology and a team of engineers.

This autonomous role expects you to prototype, test, and ship with AI tooling, drive discovery with customers and brands, and balance velocity with quality in a hybrid work setup (3+ days in the

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience as a Product Manager on technical or platform products.
• AI-native working style using AI tools as first-line instruments in daily work.
• Comfort debating technical designs with senior engineers.
• Experience in ecommerce or marketplaces with unit economics.
• Ability to autonomously translate OKRs into clear roadmaps and deliver results.
• Excellent communication across levels, able to motivate engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for platform, brands and distribution spanning agentic commerce and APIs.
• Deliver revenue and growth goals; be judged on outcomes, not output.
• Prioritise across goals and translate into engineering-ready requirements.
• Drive agentic commerce and build the commerce layer for AI agents.
• Open the platform to brands and partners; manage APIs, docs and sandboxing.
• Own trust and safety for agentic commerce and access controls.
• Ensure product data quality end-to-end and AI-driven enrichment.
• Automate product operations with AI workflows across the business.
• Grow retail media and brand monetisation tools and campaigns.
• Lead quarterly OKR planning and roadmap alignment with stakeholders.
• Lead AI-assisted discovery and customer/brand conversations.
