• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS/AI environments.
• Autonomous across ambiguous, multi‑team spaces with broad influence.
• Genuine customer obsession and deep understanding of workflows.
• Technical credibility with engineers on LLMs, data, and architecture.
• Blend of strategic thinking and relentless execution.
• Exceptional communication tailored for any audience.
• Mentor PMs to raise product craft and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Shape strategy and roadmap with VP of Product for ambitious bets.
• Engage with enterprise buyers and users to uncover needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design on requirements and tradeoffs.
• Align stakeholders across go-to-market, sales, and leadership.
• Define and track success metrics; communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Mentor and coach other PMs to raise product craft and velocity.
