Compare the Market is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Customer Intelligence. Hybrid role based in London or Peterborough, working at the intersection of Product, Data and Technology to turn customer data and AI insights into smarter, more relevant experiences.

You will shape strategy, partner with Data and Engineering, lead delivery from discovery to value, and influence senior stakeholders to ensure outcomes that improve customer understanding and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven senior product management experience in data-rich, technically complex environments.
• Track record of building products or capabilities using customer data, analytics, AI or related tech.
• Ability to work credibly with Data and Engineering teams and make informed trade-offs.
• Data-led approach with evidence of turning insight into measurable outcomes.
• Experience shaping strategy and roadmaps in ambiguous areas.
• Independent, accountable, and capable of driving momentum in a complex domain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Commercial awareness to link technical investment to customer value.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap for customer intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering and other teams to translate complex concepts into priorities.
• Identify opportunities to use trusted customer data, AI and emerging tech to improve understandings.
• Use data and experiments to test assumptions, prioritise opportunities and measure value.
• Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimisation.
• Navigate dependencies and data considerations while keeping teams focused on value.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align perspectives around a clear product direction.
• Coach and share best practices to raise product craft.
