About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive our Public Automation and Private Outreach KYC product strategy, ensuring we deliver market-leading solutions for identity verification, risk assessment, and compliance automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, and compliance, to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and regulatory adherence. You will think both broadly about the platform and specifically about applications within that platform, ensuring holistic deployment and use case planning.

Responsibilities include:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for KYC solutions, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
2. Market & Regulatory Analysis: Stay ahead of evolving KYC regulations and industry trends, ensuring solutions remain compliant and competitive.
3. Customer-Centric Development: Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand pain points, gather feedback, and prioritize features.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, secure KYC solutions.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize workflows, and improve continuously.
6. Partnership Management: Collaborate with third-party data providers, verification services, and regulatory bodies.
7. Go-to-Market Support: Assist sales and marketing teams with product positioning and enablement materials.

Qualifications and Behaviours for Success

• Deep understanding of the RegTech landscape, including operational processes, challenges, and regulations in Fincrime, Client Onboarding, etc.
• Ability to translate customer pain points into innovative, compliant product solutions.
• Experience delivering enterprise software solutions at scale.
• Strong collaboration skills with remote and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
