Digital Product at ASOS

We recently completed an exciting transformation journey, evolving our Digital Product team and processes with a powerful new way of working that places our digital products at the heart of our business. We are now seeking experienced Senior Product Managers to join our Product-Led Organisation. These roles span various squads, focusing on internal and external initiatives, as we aim to 'Evolve ASOS beyond just an eCommerce retailer'.

The Details

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Recommendations team. This pivotal role involves driving the strategy and execution of our machine learning-powered recommendation systems, from models to customer experiences. Your work will impact millions of ASOS customers worldwide.

The current RecSys is built from a Transformer-based architecture, powering various onsite and offsite customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our recommendation systems, ensuring alignment with ASOS's overall business goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, product design, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
  • Customer Focus: Use customer insights and data to inform product decisions, ensuring recommendations meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to define, refine, and execute plans effectively.
  • Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure success and optimize recommendation features for better performance and satisfaction.
  • Leadership: Set standards, mentor junior product managers, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
