We're working with a leading organisation in the travel and retail space that is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Loyalty & Partnerships to take ownership of their well-established rewards program. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of customer engagement and retention, driving innovation, and expanding partnerships across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of the loyalty strategy, working cross-functionally with digital, technology, cyber, and finance teams to introduce new program features that enhance member engagement and drive incremental revenue. A key focus will be growing the partner network across retail, aviation, and related sectors, ensuring valuable customer experiences while maximising business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and deliver a roadmap for loyalty program growth, leveraging technology and data insights.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance customer value and expand the program’s reach.
Oversee loyalty-focused campaigns, promotions, and lifecycle marketing initiatives, working closely with creative teams and external agencies.
Manage the loyalty technology platform, ensuring seamless integration with digital channels, CRM initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
Work closely with procurement and commercial teams to manage supplier relationships and optimise program offerings.
Stay ahead of industry trends in loyalty, direct marketing, and customer experience, ensuring best practices and compliance with data protection regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in managing or developing a successful Loyalty program.
Strong background in CRM, direct marketing, and customer data strategies.
Expertise in building business cases for new loyalty features and investment.
Experience collaborating with external agencies and technology partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Knowledge of loyalty technology platforms and experience in sectors such as travel, hospitality, retail, or leisure is highly desirable.
