As Senior Product Manager I in our Open Access team, you will drive constant improvement of the customer experience whilst delivering increased business effectiveness for our strategic and fast-growing Open Access business model. Our ambition is to be the market leader in terms of researcher and agreement partner open access workflows: you will have scope to innovate new and better experiences for both our individual researcher and institutional customers.
The ideal candidate brings strong digital commerce experience, a passion for the customer journey and the confidence to advocate for data‑backed decisions with stakeholders. You must be able to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities. You should be comfortable with complexity. Your hypothesis‑driven approach—testing, learning, iterating—will be key to managing risks and driving continuous innovation. Collaboration is essential, as you’ll work closely with UX, engineering, data teams and a network of business stakeholders to deliver impactful results that enhance our customer experience and fuel business growth.
