Job summary

develop is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a remote-first role in the UK, with monthly London meetups. The position oversees product strategy, delivery and growth with direct exposure to leadership. Compensation includes up to £90,000, benefits and equity, plus a Contributory pension and 36 days of annual leave.

You will own the roadmap, interact with customers, work with engineers, monitor AI quality and drive revenue and retention metrics.

We are working with an exciting AI Fintech company who are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the CEO and CTO, you will lead product strategy, delivery and growth.

• Own the product roadmap, prioritising customer needs and business goals.
• Engage directly with customers to understand challenges and identify opportunities.
• Work with engineers to prototype, develop and launch product improvements.
• Monitor AI quality, identify weaknesses and implement testing processes.
• Drive key commercial metrics, including revenue and customer retention.
• Shape product development as the business expands into new markets.
• Continuously test ideas and improve product performance.
