Senior AI Product Manager

Remote-First (UK)

We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI SaaS business that is redefining a complex professional services market through automation and intelligent workflows.

This is a rare opportunity for a Senior AI Product Manager to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution end-to-end. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CTO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both the product and the future direction of the company.

This isn't a role focused on stakeholder management and ceremonies. It's for someone who wants to be deeply involved in product decisions, customer conversations, experimentation, and shipping impactful products at pace.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning product strategy and roadmap decisions, using customer insights and commercial outcomes to guide priorities.
• Working directly with customers to deeply understand problems, validate opportunities, and uncover new growth areas.
• Partnering closely with Engineering to take ideas from concept through launch and iteration.
• Building prototypes, testing hypotheses, and driving rapid experimentation.
• Defining and measuring success through retention, adoption, and revenue metrics.
• Taking ownership of AI product quality, identifying failure points and improving outputs.
• Helping shape the evolution of the product as the business expands into new markets and customer segments.
• Driving a culture of fast learning, continuous iteration, and customer-led product development.

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within a SaaS, AI, or technology-led business.
• Track record of taking products from idea to launch and delivering measurable commercial results.

• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong technical understanding and confidence working closely with engineering teams.
• Experience using AI tools beyond day-to-day prompting, including prototyping, product development, workflow automation, or data analysis.
