Job summary

Curated is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead an AI-first consumer platform in London, driving end-to-end product ownership and scalable growth. You will shape the customer journey across B2C or D2C contexts, balancing discovery, delivery and adoption with a strong emphasis on data-driven impact.

You will own roadmap and user research, ensuring a seamless journey from first touch to completed outcome while collaborating with a high-autonomy team on ambitious growth goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management across B2C, D2C, or consumer marketplace platforms.
• Own the full customer journey, not just one step of it.
• Think in journeys from acquisition to retention.
• Comfortable with discovery end to end: user research, journey mapping, analysis, OKRs.
• Strong on delivery: iterative releases, dependencies, stakeholders.

Curated is partnered with a fast-growing, AI-first consumer platform to find a Senior Product Manager to join their expanding product team in London.

This is a high-value transactional platform handling billions in annual revenue, where every step of the user journey directly drives commercial outcomes. The ambition is to scale that 5 to 10x. This role owns the product that gets them there.

That means the roadmap, the discovery, the delivery, and the adoption. Not a ticket-taker. Someone who can find the problem, define the solution, and ship it.

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Product Manager who has owned the end to end customer journey across a B2C or D2C platform, with a deep obsession for how users think, behave, and move through a product from first touch to completed outcome.

What they are looking for

• 5+ years in product management across B2C, D2C, or consumer marketplace platforms
• You have owned the full customer journey, not just one step of it. Acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, you have thought across all of it
• You think in journeys not features. You care about how a user gets from A to Z, and every friction point in between
• Comfortable owning discovery end to end. User research, journey mapping, behavioural analysis, hypothesis definition, OKRs before building
• Strong on delivery. Iterative releases, managing dependencies, keeping stakeholders aligned
• Data driven. You use behavioural and operational analytics to prioritise and prove impact
