Senior Product Manager | London | Hybrid | Up to £100,000

About the Company:

Albert Bow's partnered with an amazing Fintech company in the banking world, backed by some big-name financial institutions. They’re helping banks connect through a shared data network to manage risk smarter and save money all around.

Your Role:

Own the product roadmap and track goals with the CPO
Run user workshops to uncover needs and shape solutions
Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to solve real problems
Lead squads, set priorities, and deliver high-impact features
Drive innovation and ensure quality through testing
Help shape product vision and mentor junior team members

Skills Needed:

Senior PM experience, ideally in fintech, leading cross-functional teams
Comfortable with complex tech, data, and AI environments
Known for solving tough problems and delivering real impact
Hands-on with agile, product tools, and clear comms
Great at mentoring and making complex stuff easy to understand
