Boost Talent ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own a customer-focused product portfolio across SaaS and digital platforms. You will lead a team of Product Managers, shape strategy, prioritise roadmaps, and collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Technology to drive growth and exceptional user experiences.

We're looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join a growing digital business and lead a customer-focused product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS, subscription, or digital product environments, where success is driven by customer insight, data and commercial outcomes.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll define product strategy, prioritise investment and deliver roadmaps that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth. You'll lead a team of Product Managers while partnering with Technology, Marketing, Data and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing customer needs, business objectives and technical feasibility while developing both people and product capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.

• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Experience leading Product Managers within a SaaS, digital platform or subscription-based business.
• Proven success managing multiple products or product portfolios.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience making data-driven prioritisation decisions.
• Experience working closely with Marketing, Growth or CRM functions.
• Good understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, conversion funnels and retention strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering products within agile, cross-functional teams.
• Passion for innovation, customer experience and continuous improvement.
