Job summary

WPP is seeking a Senior Product leader to own the foundations enabling WPP Open at scale, with a focus on access, workspaces, integrations and SaaS commercial management.

As an enterprise platform leader, you will drive strategy across identity and access controls, multi-tenant architecture and data governance, while guiding a global product management team and collaborating with Engineering, Security, Privacy and Legal to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise platform leadership experience across SaaS and identity/access.
• Proven ability to set platform strategy and lead interconnected roadmaps with clear business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of identity, authentication, authorization, RBAC, multi-tenancy and data segregation.
• Experience delivering enterprise integrations through APIs; familiarity with DAM, PIM and work management tools preferred.
• Commercial product or licensing, entitlements, metering, billing or packaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy and roadmap for the WPP Open product area. Align with priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead portfolio investments, sequencing, governance and trade-offs based on customer value and commercial impact.
• Establish operating cadence with OKRs, KPIs and roadmap reviews for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Privacy and Design to deliver secure, scalable capabilities.
• Define identity, accounts, roles and permissions across organisation, workspace and client levels to enable secure access.
• Develop platform observability, notifications and approvals; enable cost controls and reconciliation for multiple commercial models.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing Product Management organization across geographies.
