Job summary

Dex seeks a senior product engineer to own end-to-end development across patient-facing dashboards and diagnostic APIs. You will shape the problem, design scalable solutions, and ship features that impact patients and clinicians.

You will collaborate with healthcare customers, translate complex data into intuitive interfaces, and operate cloud infrastructure at scale, balancing product and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• Senior-level product engineering experience at a startup with end-to-end feature ownership.
• Proficiency in a modern full-stack: TS/Next.js frontend, Python or Go backend, and cloud infra at scale.
• Ability to translate messy problems into clear plans and delivered software.
• Strong product sense with customer feedback-driven design.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and its impact on patients.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end for customer-facing products and core APIs.
• Translate medical information into intuitive, actionable interfaces for patients and clinicians.
• Engage with healthcare customers, gather feedback, and drive product iteration and roadmaps.
• Operate and scale cloud infrastructure (GCP or equivalent) handling millions of daily transactions.
• Collaborate with experts to navigate healthcare regulations and ensure data integrity.
