Mason Blake are working on behalf of a prestigious global asset manager in their search for a Senior Product Development Manager to join their well-established team based in London. The role is the perfect opportunity for an individual with 7+ years experience within the asset management space who is looking for the next chapter in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the development and growth of the organisation by developing new and existing products in line with product governance and processes.
2. Consistently produce a high standard of comprehensive product proposals, recommendations and specifications including competitor and customer analysis.
3. Provide a detailed analysis of target markets, client sustainability and conflict of interest.
4. Secure and agree the sourcing of seed capital for new fund launches.
5. Project manage new product launches and product changes.
6. Assist in the resolution of commercial, legal and operational issues.
7. Collaborate with the wider product team to ensure that the product governance framework is met.
8. Lead the research, analysis and development functions of both new and existing products for Luxembourg and Irish fund ranges.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Educated to a degree level.
2. IMC or CFA is desirable but not essential.
3. At least 7 years experience in the asset management sector.
4. Experience in a senior product role.
5. Knowledge of the product development and product governance process.
6. Delivery focused with high energy and drive.
